I was very skeptical of the group retreat experience to start and, after this experience, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. They did zoom meetings twice as a group in advance in addition to two one-on-one zoom meetings before we had the actual retreat. By the time we got there, the other participants felt very familiar.

After the retreat there were more scheduled debrief meetings and even now, 6 months later, we are still meeting once a month as a retreat group to continue supporting each other. Myles still even joins when he can. He deeply cares for the participants and clearly works to make sure he understands each persons’ needs and how he can meet them.

  • “This retreat went far above and beyond my expectations! We stayed in the southern Oregon mountains, where the scenery was stunning, and the fresh mountain air was amazing, especially for sleep. Psilocybin retreats have been on my radar for the past year, and I called Confluence because of their aftercare services. The care I received before and during the treatment was even more impressive than the treatment I received afterward. I am still receiving aftercare treatment. My health made me a little apprehensive since I had never taken mushrooms. It was Myles' calm personality, vast knowledge, and extensive experience that eased my fears!   • Thank you to Myles and the Confluence team for this life-changing experience! I was incredibly anxious to sign up to a psilocybin journey and contacted over 10 providers in Oregon and Jamaica to try to reach an informed decision. In the end, Confluence was clearly the standout - in particular, Myles is incredibly knowledgeable and well-researched on how to set up the experience to make everyone feel safe, and personally very patient and supportive throughout the process.  For me the experience allowed me to work through some incredibly difficult childhood memories and emotions, and I've come out feeling significantly lighter, calmer, and happier. I feel much more secure in my relationships, and perhaps most importantly my relationship with myself. I am finding joy in the small things in life and feel more able to hear and listen to myself rather than the voice of others.  I think the Confluence experience of spending 5 days in nature, in a group container with other likeminded people healing together, and the 2 journey experience were critical for me. This allowed me to ease into the journeys, gradually work through things, and feel the safety and support around me as I worked through these emotions. The price of the retreat is higher than others, but it is 100% worth it in my opinion, and I do think represents good value for the services offered compared to others, like having multiple sound baths, breathwork sessions, yoga sessions etc all included, and a wonderful facility at Omnia for the journeys themselves.  I would recommend a Confluence retreat to everyone - and am currently encouraging my partner to join the next cohort.

  • “For anyone like me who seeks to fully understand what they’re stepping into before embarking on a journey of this nature, I hope my experience provides some clarity and encouragement. As an African American woman, I also want to encourage people of color to be open to the amazing benefits of experiences like this. I chose to attend the Confluence retreat because, 2 ½ years earlier, I participated in another retreat outside the US and experienced significant life changes through psilocybin. That journey allowed me to discontinue my depression medication. However, recently, I felt myself regressing and needed a safe space to continue my healing. After enduring years of intense grief and pain, I yearned for a sense of lightness. Additionally, as I approached the end of my 40s, I wanted to confront the discomforts of aging.   • “I was part of the second March 2024 retreat. I was drawn to the Confluence Retreats because there was a lot of support for the journey before and after the retreat. The schedule provided for preparation, intention setting and integrating the experience. We were given resources to help us prepare, including reading lists, podcasts and cohort group preparation meetings. This was important in my booking the retreat. As someone new to medicine journeys, I was looking for an experience that was legal and provided a safe container in which I could get the most out of my experience.” Once I became part of the cohort, the facilitators and staff at Confluence were open, receptive and very helpful in making this experience feel meaningful.
