We have an invitation for you…
Join Myles Katz, transformational breathwork facilitator and lead guide at Confluence Retreats, for a 75-minute Renewal Breathwork Experience — an online, immersive session offering a glimpse into the deeply transformative journeys within our Renewal winter retreat programs.
This experience goes beyond information — it’s an opportunity to feel the work. Myles will guide you through an experiential breathwork journey, helping you explore how the rhythm of the breath and the wisdom of psilocybin harmonize to support renewal, personal growth, and deep healing.
You’ll gain firsthand insight into how these practices, grounded in nature and supported by skilled facilitators, invite release, reflection, and restoration — the same foundations that shape every Confluence Retreat.
This session is ideal for anyone curious about the therapeutic potential of psilocybin combined with guided breathwork and the restorative environment that defines our Renewal programs.
Note: This is a highly activating form of breathwork that requires a comfortable space to lie down, a quiet environment, and other supportive amenities. Please see the bottom of this page for all the recommendations on “how to prepare” to participate in this session.
Reserve your spot for this free online session.
Simply enter your name and email below — you’ll receive a calendar invite with the Zoom link upon registration. Please also read the “How to Prepare” section underneath the registration form.
How to Prepare for your Online Breathwork Experience
This will be a guided, active breathwork journey — a chance to explore an expanded state of consciousness through the breath, release what’s ready to move, and reconnect with your inner clarity. This particular form of breathwork is more activating than meditative, and you’ll need to be lying down for the entire experience. Please read the notes below carefully so you can create a safe and comfortable space for yourself.
To help you make the most of the experience, here are a few gentle suggestions for preparation:
Find a quiet space — somewhere free from distractions (kids, pets, notifications, etc.) for the duration of the session.
Silence your phone or put it on Do Not Disturb or OFF to stay present and avoid interruptions.
Set up a comfortable place to lie down — a yoga mat, sofa, or bed works well. Comfort is key.
Avoid heavy meals for at least an hour (if not longer) before we begin — it helps the body settle and the breath flow more easily.
Use headphones if possible for the best sound experience. If you’re practicing with a partner or friend, an external speaker works beautifully too.
Have an eye mask and blanket nearby — they’re optional, but often enhance relaxation, depth, and comfort.
Give yourself time afterward — plan for at least an hour of quiet or rest after the session. Integration happens best when unhurried.
Timing: While we’ll aim to wrap up by 6:45 pm Pacific, the experience may run a few minutes over. If you have a hard stop, feel free to set a gentle alarm to help you transition without disruption. Our team will remain available after the session time ends to connect or answer questions.
Important Notes on Safety
This is an activating style of breathwork that can bring up strong physical or emotional sensations. Participation is voluntary, and you are always welcome to slow down, modify, or stop at any time if anything feels uncomfortable or overwhelming. Please listen to your body throughout the experience.
For safety reasons, please refrain from participating if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, a history of seizures, recent surgery, or severe psychiatric conditions.
If you’re unsure whether this session is right for you, feel free to email us at support@confluenceretreats.org — we’re happy to help you determine whether this form of breathwork is appropriate or whether a gentler practice may be more supportive right now.
